ContentMation collects information you provide directly: email address, name, brand information, campaign data, and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns to improve the platform experience.
When you connect social media accounts, we store encrypted access tokens required to publish content on your behalf. We do not access or store your social media passwords.
We use your information to provide and operate the ContentMation service, process payments and manage subscriptions, generate AI-powered marketing content tailored to your brand, schedule and publish social media posts, send transactional emails and service updates, and improve platform features based on aggregated usage patterns. We never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for purposes unrelated to operating the service.
We implement multiple layers of security to protect your data. Our database uses Supabase with row-level security policies that ensure users can only access their own data. Platform credentials and API tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS. We conduct regular security reviews and follow secure coding practices throughout our development process.
ContentMation uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-friendly usage metrics that do not track individual users across sites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or share browsing data with ad networks.
We use the following third-party services to operate ContentMation: Supabase for database hosting and authentication, Stripe for payment processing and subscription management, Vercel for application hosting and content delivery, and Cloudflare for security and performance optimization. AI services are used for content generation. Each service maintains their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign data, analytics, and generated content remain accessible in your dashboard until you delete them or close your account. After account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your campaign data directly from the dashboard. To request full data deletion, contact hello@contentmation.com and we will process your request within 30 days. If you are located in the EU, you may also exercise your rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of ContentMation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
