By creating an account or using ContentMation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. ContentMation is operated by ContentMation Inc., a company registered in Austin, Texas.
ContentMation provides AI-powered marketing automation tools including content generation, social media scheduling and publishing, directory submissions, SEO content creation, email marketing sequences, competitor analysis, and analytics dashboards. The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content, and while we strive for quality, results may vary based on your industry, audience, and how you use the generated content. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@contentmation.com.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
You agree not to use ContentMation for sending spam or unsolicited messages, generating content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights, engaging in activities that violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms, attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the platform or its APIs, or creating misleading or deceptive marketing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
Content you create using ContentMation belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content as needed to provide the service. The ContentMation platform, brand, and proprietary technology remain the intellectual property of ContentMation Inc. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform code or design.
ContentMation is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content, campaign performance, or uninterrupted service availability. ContentMation Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, platform bans resulting from published content, or third-party claims. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can close your account from your dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, and you may request an export of your data within 30 days of account closure.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of ContentMation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
