Qualified Lead
A qualified lead is a prospect who has been evaluated and determined to meet specific criteria indicating a higher likelihood of becoming a customer. Leads can be marketing-qualified (MQL) or sales-qualified (SQL).

A prospect who downloads a pricing guide, visits the demo page twice, and matches the ideal company size is scored as a qualified lead.
